The PRO OX-100B Bluetooth Enabled Programmable Digital Oxygen Monitor’s state-of-the-art technology is patent pending enabling operators to remotely log unlimited amounts of data. Users simply pair the device with the App / Software and use the on-screen menu options. This permits users the ability to access the data interface while standing up to 100 feet (30 meters) away and observe real time data recordings.

The intelligent Color Notification Signal System displays red, amber and green for a quick visual on operator set parameters. The PRO OX-100B comes equipped with a Bluetooth transmitting device that allows the oxygen monitor to send the oxygen readings wirelessly to a Bluetooth receivable device with a Windows 10 operating system, allowing the operator to view the readings from a remote location. How PRO OX-100B Works

Note:

Only compatible with Windows 10 Operating System
Computer MUST be equipped with Bluetooth or purchased separately
To save unlimited readings, PRO OX-100B MUST be connected to computer

Installing Software:

Software can be found on Aquasol Corporation’s website: www.aquasolwelding.com
The dropdown menu labeled ‘products’ contains an icon for the PRO OX-100B Oxygen Monitor. Clicking on that icon will take you to the product page https://www.aquasolwelding.com/oxygen-analyzer-for-welding
Once the initial download is complete, a pop-up window will ask “Install Pro OX-100B Oxygen Monitor Remote Viewer?”
Click “Install”
Once software has been installed, the App should automatically load. If not, you can search “Pro Ox” in the Cortona Search Bar to find the Software/App.

Initial Pairing of Your Device:

Open the App / Software in the Start Menu
Turn the PRO OX-100B Oxygen Monitor to the ON position
Press “Start enumerating”
Select the monitor you wish to pair, then click “Pair”
Click “Allow” to access between the oxygen monitor and the software
Once the monitor is paired, click “2) Connect to a device” then click CONNECT to complete connection
The Pro OX-100B is connected and can now be operated

Re-Pairing of Your Device:

Open the App / Software in the Start Menu
Turn the PRO OX-100B Oxygen Monitor to the ON position
Once the monitor is paired, click “2) Connect to a device” then click CONNECT to complete connection
The Pro OX-100B is connected and can now be operated

Installing the Neoprene Extension Tubing:

Attach neoprene extension tubing with female fitting to the Quick Connect “male” fitting on the top right side of the unit
Pull gently to ensure the connection is securely in place
Insert the stainless steel probe to the end of the neoprene tube without a fitting
Before taking an oxygen measurement, ascertain both connections are tightly secured

To Set Language:

Press and hold the “MENU” button
Next press the “RIGHT” → button until you see “SETUP: LANGUAGE” displayed
Press the “ENTER” button to select language setup
Choose the preferred language (German, Spanish, Portuguese, English)
Press “ENTER” button to Save and Exit
Press “MENU” button to return to main screen

To Set Date and Time:

Press the “Menu” button to display the “SETUP” menu
Select the “SET DT/TM” option by pressing “ENTER”
Use the “RIGHT” → and “LEFT” ← arrow buttons to increase or decrease “HOUR”, “MINUTE”, “SECOND”, “MONTH”, and “YEAR” value, using the “ENTER” button to save settings

Calibrating the PRO OX-100:

Self-Calibrating Model:

When the PRO OX-100 unit is at the main screen, the operator can press the “AUTO CAL” button to begin calibration
The unit will automatically begin to sample ambient air and automatically calibrate
Once the calibration is complete, the unit will display “CALIBRATION DONE”, and immediately return to the main screen
The unit is now ready to use

2-Point Calibration Model:

Each point in the calibration process take approximately 14 minutes to finish
Press the “MENU” button and use “RIGHT” arrow button until “SETUP: CAL HI” is displayed
Press “ENTER” to confirm and again to being calibration
The pump will shut off automatically upon completion. Restart the monitor to exit
Insert the sample probe in an argon line with flow rate set at 20 CFH
Press the “MENU” button and use the “RIGHT” arrow button until “SETUP: CAL LO” is displayed
Press “ENTER” to confirm and again to begin calibration
